In the Fall of 2002 Jonny Diaz headed off to Florida State University on a baseball scholarship prepared to focus his time and efforts on his athletic skills. It was natural being the fourth of four brothers to attend college on full baseball scholarships, with two of his brothers having moved on to the professional level. However, God had other plans.
